Prologue

Wow... 

Over a year ago I was flooding the blog gates with my makeup faves, experiences, and advice. Since then I’ve separated with my husband of 7 years (13 years together), went on this journey of “who is Zenia?”

 And went on single girl adventures during the summer of “Hot Girl".

Although I’ve had the urge to write I simply couldn’t get it out. I felt incomplete in my journey. I still needed to figure things out and process the last year of events and changes. Making sure I was in a secure and safe place mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

 I wanted to be honest and real with my readers. Give you the full, uncut and raw truth about how my year has been and not tiptoe around the real truth. I figured what’s the point if I can’t be honest, and that requires strength and to be COMPLETELY honest with myself in all aspects!

With that, I give you my journey. A series dedicated to the paths I took, the lessons I’ve learned, the struggles and my adventures. Don't worry of course my journey will be my Life Threw Makeup! 

 After every blog post, I will go in IG live to answer any questions, share some feelings and just be present with my readers. With all the support and love I've been getting, I owe it to you all to be an open book.

I hope you enjoy my story. Learn a lesson from my mistake and at the very least get a good read!
